Description du poste

Apporter et développer au sein de l'entreprise des connaissances, des savoir-faire et expertises de communication afin de proposer et mettre en action des solutions en phase avec les stratégies de l'entreprise.
Mettre en place la stratégie de communication développée avec la direction afin de renforcer nos liens avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes externes de l'entreprise.
Missions
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Général :
• Stratégie de communication de Nutriset
Développer la stratégie de Nutriset
i. En partenariat avec la direction définir la stratégie communication de Nutriset pour l'année.
ii. Présenter la stratégie et négocier le budget auprès de la direction.
iii. Evaluer la stratégie de campagne mise en place.
iv. Présenter auprès de la hiérarchie le bilan des actions, d'un point de vue qualitatif (développement de l'image de marque sur Internet) et quantitatif (impact en termes d'audience sur le site).
Mise en place des outils pour répondre à cette stratégie
i. Développer les différentes tactiques, outils de communication à développer pour rendre cette stratégie prospère pour l'entreprise.
ii. Définir les enjeux de la présence de l'annonceur sur le média Web, dans le respect de la stratégie globale de l'entreprise.
iii. Analyser les flux de trafic sur les différents sites de la marque (référencement naturel et payant, affiliation, partenariats off et on-line, actions marketing direct...).
iv. Organiser et professionnaliser l'activité : implémenter des processus créatifs tels que les « work shop » ; investir dans des solutions logicielles, telles que les outils d'automatisation de mise à jour de contenus ; mettre en place des reporting et des indicateurs de suivi d'activité...
v. Adapter ou apporter de nouveaux outils de communication en lien avec la stratégie annuelle.
vi. Travailler avec l'agence Zigzag et Rue Principale pour le développement des outils (graphisme et rédaction développement).
Définir la stratégie digitale de Nutriset et PlumpyField
i. Mapper le tissu digital de l'entreprise et de ses différents réseaux.
ii. Déterminer les projets Internet et les priorités de lancement, telles que la création, la refonte, ou l'évolution des sites Internet (plateforme de marque, site produits, mini site événementiel, espace communautaire...).
iii. Gérer la stratégie web éditoriale, c'est-à-dire, prévoir les évolutions du contenu sur les différents sites, les harmoniser avec les supports off-line et hors média.
iv. Cibler, référencer et sélectionner des prestataires Internet tels que les agences de communication interactive, les agences médias, les agences conseil en ergonomie, les éditeurs de solution logicielle en gestion ciblage et gestion de campagnes média on-line.
v. Mesurer l'efficacité de la stratégie de communication on-line ; comparer les performances à celles des concurrents...
• Représentation de Nutriset
Sur son secteur
i. Partager et diffuser le message de Nutriset au sein de conférence, meeting… relatif au secteur de la malnutrition, de l'humanitaire, du développement et du monde économique (en partenariat avec les départements concernés).
ii. Instaurer des relations privilégiées avec des parties prenantes définies en accord avec les stratégies de développement de l'entreprise.
iii. Répertorier et participer aux évènements cohérents pour Nutriset.
Sur le secteur de la communication
i. Échanger sur des « best practices », se tenir informé des tendances du marché, participer à des conférences métiers et rencontrer des pairs...
De manière globale
i. Créer un échange avec les journalistes .
ii. Créer des échanges avec les organisations (locales/nationales/internationales) politiques et institutionnelles pouvant soutenir l'action de Nutriset et de ses partenaires (PlumpyField, clients et recherche).
• Support aux autres départements de Nutriset
D'une manière générale
i. Soutiens aux communications extérieures des départements de l'entreprise (présentation, conférence, accueil de visiteurs, prise de parole…).
ii. Mettre en avant auprès des parties prenantes appropriées les spécificités, forces de chaque département (presse spécialisée, conférence…).
Pour le Département des Opérations
i. Mise en place et mise à jours des outils de supports produits (fiche technique, packaging, booklet, synoptique…).
ii. Support lors des campagnes de promotion et de sensibilisation aux produits et aux bonnes pratiques.
• Gérer la bonne image de Nutriset au quotidien
Au sein de Nutriset
i. Accueillir lors des visites de l'entreprise.
ii. Véhiculer l'image et la culture de l'entreprise (interne & externe) iii. Soutenir les animations internes à l'entreprise (avec le département Vie et compétences au travail et services généraux).
Au niveau local
i. Positionner Nutriset comme un acteur économique important de la région.
ii. Soutenir les actions locales en lien avec notre entreprise.
iii. Gérer la politique de sponsoring, mécénat.
Mise en place d'une politique de communication de crise

Profil

Ecole de communication (Celsa, Efap, Master de communication…) avec une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine du développement (ONG, fondation…) ou de l'entreprise avec une sensibilisation forte pour notre secteur d'activité et les zones géographiques concernées.
Anglais courant écrit et oral
Une 3ème langue serait un plus

Care International in Papua New Guinea (PNG) is looking to fill the position of Bougainville Sexual, Reproductive and Maternal Health (BSRMH) Project Manager. This role oversees the Bougainville SRMH Project and provides supervision and support to the existing Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health Project. The role also provides technical support to CARE PNG’s SRMH Programming, works in partnership with government and church stakeholders and has a strong focus on implementing the CARE Women’s Empowerment Framework.

To be successful in this role you will be a skilled project manager with demonstrated experience in youth specific sexual, reproductive and maternal health programming in a developing country. You will possess high level communication skills, including representational and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong networks and relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Your ability to manage complex budgets and reporting systems will be complemented by your strong people management skills and experience in capacity building. CARE Australia has a potential vacancy in our Laos Country Office for a Chief Technical Advisor (CTA). To further build our portfolio of food and nutrition security programming, CARE is currently developing a submission for a call for proposals to implement the Enhancing Nutrition of Upland Farming Families project. The project is expected to improve food production and diversity at household level; to increase women’s, in particular mothers’, knowledge about nutrition and health care; to improve physical and economic access to nutritious and diversified food; to prevent food and nutrition insecurity; and to work on the policy, strategic and institutional framework. The CTA will have overall responsibility for the management of the project and the achievement of the desired outcomes.

Your experience in agriculture, food security, nutrition or a closely related field and extensive international development project management experience including in gender/women’s empowerment related programming will make you a strong contender for this position. Your relationship and capacity building skills will be complemented by your experience in the design, management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of international donor-supported programs as well as experience managing complex activities and the ability to successfully deliver desired outcomes within defined timelines.

CARE PNG is looking for a consultant/s to design a specific measure of women’s economic empowerment. The measure, or metric, will reflect the context in which CARE PNG works and will thus have a strong focus at the household level and women’s informal engagement in productive or income earning activities. The consultant/s will design the metric and a basic training package and guidelines, including written coding for the metric, for use by CARE PNG.

The consultant/s should have strong technical and analytical skills in social research and analysis; and previous experience designing a metric or index to measure complex social change. The estimated duration of the consultancy is 12 days across the period December 2015 to January 2016.

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator has overall responsibility for ensuring CARE’s WASH projects are of a high quality, meet both CARE and donor requirements, and that effective monitoring and accountability mechanisms are in place. These projects have a post Pam recovery and an El Nino focus and are undertaking immediate and rehabilitation WASH activities in rural areas of Vanuatu.

In addition to end-of-project evaluations, CARE Australia undertakes strategic evaluations such as thematic or comparative evaluations which provide an opportunity to assess programming strategies and models, program impact and relevance. CARE Australia is seeking consultants to undertake a Comparative Evaluation on Community-Managed Savings-Led Approaches in the Mekong. The purpose of the evaluation is to develop a deeper and more systematised understanding of: the different community based microfinance approaches implemented by CARE in the Mekong; the differential impact of each model or approach on the financial inclusion and economic empowerment of women and men; which approaches and models work in what context and why; and provide recommendations for future programming strategies and direction. Through analysis of CARE’s programming, the study will also propose a conceptual paradigm and framework for CARE community-based microfinance approaches in SE Asia.

CARE Australia is looking to fill the position of Gender and Program Quality Manager in Timor Leste. The role has responsibility for improving CARE International in Timor-Leste’s (CITL) programming, by applying best practice in design, implementation and evaluation. It has a particular focus on gender equality and women’s empowerment, which includes robust Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems and impact measurement, effective partnerships and advocacy. In addition, the role provides strategic and technical advice to program and project managers and project staff.

Your significant experience and skills in the management of people and development programming will be highly valued. You will possess high level leadership, strategic thinking and capacity building skills as well as the ability to demonstrate experience in the design and development of monitoring and evaluation systems, program strategies and complex project interventions. Your technical knowledge and experience in the implementation of transformative gender approaches, complex gender analysis and advocacy related to gender issues will set you apart from others.
